home of Double JJ Miniature Horse Ranch. The name Double JJ comes
from my name (James) and my grandson's name (James). We started out
in the world of horses in 1978 in Lakeside, California, and purchased
our first miniature stallion and mare in 1980. In 1992, we moved
to Chilhowee, Missouri. At that time, we purchased our stallion "Rudy"
and four more mares. It was not long after that when we discovered
the AMHR National Show was held in Columbia, Missouri, so off we went to
investigate the show for ourselves. From that point on, our show
career began. We have been showing now for five years and are
growing and getting better with each coming year. With Gods help,
we will continue to get better!! We truly love every minute of these
